Pics of the Week: Cell Phone Photo
29 July 2009, 15:40
The camera has made so many technological advances in the past decade that we find ourselves always trying to keep up with the latest and greatest models. However, lugging around a bulky super-camera would only hinder any casual photographer from taking snapshots of everyday life. Fortunately, the camera has also taken a turn into a more mobile direction in the form of our cell phones. This week, we aim to focus on photographs generated by the primitive technology of our cell phone cameras. Although we have gotten as close to stone-age as we could in terms of camera/image quality, cell phone cameras certainly make up for it in its ability to capture moments that may very well be once in a lifetime. Obtaining that elusive shot in a camera restricted area or catching a spur of the moment event are just a few its many advantages. Enjoy!
