This music video has been posted and reposted around certain corners of the internet due to both the music and the animation, but it was just too cool not to post again. The song is “Music Scene” by Blockhead, a Manhattan based hip-hop producer, and the animation was conceived by an multimedia designer and artist out of Philadelphia by the name of Anthony Francisco Schepperd. Interpret as you wish what the underlying story of the animation is, but without a doubt you will be transfixed through the entire thing. The animation style reminds me of some psychedelic music animation from the 60’s and 70’s (or maybe just the “Pink Elephants” scene from Disney’s Dumbo), but with the awesome levels cranked way up.
