Sally Díaz, a member of the B/A team, and her husband Obie Diaz of StudioRED Architects were able to lend their illustration skills for Summer 2009 issue of Cite Magazine. The illustrations, which were accomplished with a combination of disparate rendering techniques, resulted in a series of images that accompanied several articles throughout the publication. Through the marriage of hand sketching and digital photo and color augmentation, they were able to generate multi-dimensional compositions that conveyed the underlying theme of “The Hidden Machine.” Congratulations to the two for their contribution to the magazine!
