Pics of the Week ::: Labor
8 September 2010, 19:49
For some people, there is a great irony in a federal holiday celebrating labor by taking the day off, especially in a right-to-work state such as Texas lacking a significant labor union influence. For most everyone else though, Labor Day is devoid of politics and simply a day dedicated to the absence of labor or work, or more appropriately, for leisure. This week’s Pics of the Week theme was “Labor”, but as with the holiday itself, we attracted a few photos dedicated to leisure as well.
So Labor up, or leisure down, and enjoy our Pics of the Week contributions.
