Brave/Architecture recently celebrated their 10th anniversary at the Sicardi Gallery, its most recent built project. In the last decade Fernando has received his F(AIA), the firm has completed many projects, received a few design awards, changed and renovated offices, volunteered, donated, cooked, eaten, and relaxed its way to this moment – the commencement of its second decade. In review of this, we looked back on the moments that made the firm what it is today as one constant emerged. It is the relationships the firm has made with its clients, employees, students, families, representatives, consultants, and colleagues that has transformed the generative sketch of an idea into a thriving environment of creativity and built artifact.
